Euskampus Fundazioa is looking to add a person to the executive team to act as the foundation’s Administration Officer.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include the following functions and tasks, among others:
- Support in tasks related to the accounting, tax, employment and legal areas of the foundation, specifically:
	
- Receipt, filing and recording of invoices from the Foundation’s different units.
 - Preparing the payroll.
 - Drawing up contracts and social security procedures (staff joining and leaving the company).
 - Financial control of the different projects and preparation of expense documentation.
 - Managing bank transactions.
 - Filing tax returns.
 
 - Diverse administrative activities.
 
Requirements:
- Three years’ proven experience in similar positions or functions.
 - University degree, preferably in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Economics or Business Administration and Management.
 - Knowledge and experience in accounting, and employment, mercantile and fiscal legislation.
 - Prior work in the ERP environment.
 - Knowledge of SAGE is an advantage.
 - Knowledge of the legislation governing the public sector and foundations.
